Volt Pay Support

For help with your Volt Pay account, card, transactions, or supported digital assets, contact us by email at [email protected].

Response Time

We aim to provide an initial response within 48 hours. More complex investigations, including transaction disputes, compliance reviews, and matters involving service providers, may require additional time.

Support requests and formal notices should generally be submitted by email.

Lost or Stolen Device, Card, or Unauthorised Activity

If your device or card is lost or stolen, or you suspect unauthorised activity, freeze the affected card immediately in the Volt Pay app where this function is available. Then email [email protected] without delay.

Use the subject line “Urgent: Card Security” and include only the information needed to identify your account and the affected transaction.

Transaction Disputes and Refunds

To report a card transaction that you believe is unauthorised, incorrect, or otherwise disputable, email us promptly with the transaction date, amount, merchant name, and a brief explanation.

Merchant refunds must first be initiated by the merchant. Processing times and dispute deadlines may be governed by applicable issuer, processor, and card-network rules. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund or successful chargeback.

Google Pay Support

For questions about adding a Volt Pay Card to Google Pay, card verification, provisioning decisions, or transactions made using a Volt Pay Card through Google Pay, contact Volt Pay support by email.

Questions relating only to the Google Wallet application, Google Account, or Google services should be directed to Google support.

Information to Include

To help us review your request, include where applicable:

  • Your registered email address.
  • A short description of the issue.
  • The relevant transaction date, amount, currency, and merchant.
  • The last four digits of the affected card, if available.
  • Relevant screenshots that do not expose sensitive credentials.

Never send your password, full card number, PIN, CVV, private key, seed phrase, one-time password, or other authentication code by email. Volt Pay support will not ask you to disclose these credentials.
